A business license is a certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce to an industrial and commercial enterprise or a self-employed person to permit them to engage in a certain production or business activity. Computer software copyright refers to the proprietary rights that software developers or other right holders enjoy for software works according to the provisions of copyright laws. As far as the nature of right is concerned, it belongs to a kind of civil right and has the common characteristics of civil right. The computer software copyright certificate mainly includes three forms: Computer software Copyright Registration Certificate, APP Electronic Copyright Certification Certificate and Software Copyright Certification Certificate. 3. icp License

The People's Republic of China Telecommunications and information Service business License (ICP License) refers to the certificate applied by the sponsor of the general business website to the local district and county, that is, the "People's Republic of China Telecommunications and information Service Business License". Internet cultural activities are divided into two categories: operational and non-operational. Commercial Internet cultural activities refer to the activities that provide Internet cultural products and services for the purpose of making profits by collecting fees from Internet users or by means of e-commerce, advertising, sponsorship, etc. Non-operational Internet cultural activities refer to the activities that provide Internet cultural products and services to Internet users for the purpose of not making profits. The Regulations on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services propose that Internet news and information services provided to the public through Internet stations, applications, forums, blogs, micro-blogs, public accounts, instant messaging tools, network broadcast and other forms should obtain Internet news and information service licenses, and it is prohibited to carry out Internet news and information service activities without permission or beyond the scope of permission. 6. Game publishing record

Game publishing record is the abbreviation of the approval number of the relevant game publishing operation approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication, which is reviewed and published by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television for the game in accordance with the [Copyright (Game Software Copyright, including Online Games) Law] and [Computer Game Software Protection Regulations] and other laws and regulations. The game software developed by the game software manufacturer or individual author is protected by the copyright (Game software copyright, including online games) law after the development is completed. 7. Financial license

Financial license refers to the legal document issued by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CBRC) to authorize financial institutions to operate financial services. The issuance, replacement, seizure and revocation of financial licenses shall be exercised by the CBRC according to law, and no other unit or individual shall exercise the above-mentioned powers. The financial license is applicable to financial institutions regulated by the CBRC and approved to operate financial businesses. Example:

Is the name of the subject unit on the quality certificate inconsistent with the application information uploaded by the Dandelion developer service platform?

You can't. For example, the name of the copyright owner on the computer software copyright certificate must be the same as that of the developer of the uploaded application. If the operation is authorized by a third party, please provide the application copyright authorization letter. The name of the organizer, record number, website name and other information on the uploaded ICP record shall be consistent with the information on the ICP information record management system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
