This document describes frequently asked questions about application audit. You can help yourself to solve the problems by understanding the following information.

Which application types are not included in "PGYER Developer Service Platform"?

According to the Civil Code, Criminal Law, Network Security Law, Internet Information Service Management Measures, Network Information Content ecological governance Regulations, Mobile Internet Application Information Service Management Regulations, Mobile Intelligent Terminal Application Software Provisioning and Distribution Management Interim regulations and policy requirements, PGYER Developer Services Platform does not currently include apps that contain the following content. For details, please refer to the relevant section of Application content in App Review Guide.

What are the common application information questions?

When uploading an application, you need to provide complete application information that meets the following requirements, including but not limited to the application name, application icon, application description (including a one-sentence introduction and new version features), and application screenshot. After uploading the application, fill in the application information as prompted. At the same time, ensure that the submitted application information conforms to the actual function and use, and can accurately reflect the core experience of the application. What are the common application function problems?

In order to provide users with a quality user experience, ensure that your application can provide users with normal, complete, stable, smooth, achievable, and attractive functions, and must not contain unreasonable functions that affect user experience. Why is my app listed in other app markets but not approved on PGYER Developer Services?

There will be some differences in the review standards of each platform, there are different standards for the application listing, PGYER to provide users with excellent and safe applications, has established a professional safety testing system, and always test the security of the application, while strictly following the PGYER application review guidelines. It is recommended that you refer to the audit results, optimize and upload again.

My application is blocked by PGYER "Antivirus System" interface?

PGYER background has introduced a third-party kill system, which automatically detects all applications uploaded to the PGYER developer service platform and judges according to the information in the relevant database. If your application is removed due to "Tencent Butler Anti-virus interception", it is recommended that you go to Tencent anti-virus official complaint processing, and make corresponding feedback processing. If your application is blocked and removed due to the "Automatic antivirus system", you can effectively appeal in the following ways: 1. Enterprise developers can submit business license, software copyright, ICP license and other qualifications to appeal; 2. If you are not qualified or an individual developer, you can try the apk virus detection tool for self-inspection, if it is actually a false seal, remove the risk and appeal again. Why was my app taken down?

The possible reasons for the removal of PGYER applications are: 1) system misseal; 2) Anti-virus system interception; 3) Lack of relevant qualifications for special industry applications; 4) The application content contains politically sensitive, pornographic, gambling, lottery, piracy, VPN and other serious violations; 5) If the application is complained of infringement by the right holder and the complained party "accepts the complaint" or the complained party fails to give effective feedback within a reasonable period, PGYER will regard it as an "approved complaint" and remove the application; 6) Comply with the requirements of relevant departments.

My app has been taken down. How can I appeal?

Please refer to PGYER Application Appeal Handling Guidelines when your app is removed.

"PGYER development Service Platform" found that there are some problem applications that also do not meet the standards, why can't my application be listed?

1. We have cleaned up the stock applications that do not meet the standards. Due to the large number of stock applications, it takes some time to sort out and remove them from the shelves. Thank you for your support for PGYER.
2. If you find any app on the platform in violation of Application Review Guidelines, you can report it through the App Report function, see Apply the report handling guidelinesfor details. After receiving the report, PGYER developer service platform will carry out verification, once verified, will be dealt with accordingly.

What is "Application for Distribution"?

PGYER Developer Service platform introduces various features to help developers more easily conduct internal testing of apps, in the private test mode of each App version download is limited to 500 times/day; If you have a large download demand, you can apply for distribution of the App. After the application is approved, the download is not restricted.

Why was my "Application for distribution" rejected?

1. The possible reasons for your submission of "Application for distribution" to be rejected are: 1) no screenshot of application content is provided; 2) No available test account is provided; 3) No application description; 4) No relevant qualification documents are provided for special industry applications.
2. When the "application for distribution" is rejected, you can also view the specific reasons for the rejection in the station message/mobile phone SMS/email.

Is there a fee for "request for distribution"?

After "Apply for Distribution" is passed, the number of downloads is unlimited and there is no charge.

Application qualification common problems and precautions

2. For the qualification requirements and qualification templates of some industries, refer to Application Qualification Certification Documents.
